We specialize in building custom homes and improvements to existing homes that are unique to each customer for whom we work. Our goal is to help you build the home you have always wanted. To that end, we listen to your ideas and requirements to ensure that the plans for the project reflect your objectives and dreams. Then, we encourage your involvement at all stages of construction, staying flexible to make any changes you request as the work progresses.
With each project being unique, our scope of services will vary depending on your needs. We strive to provide professional project management on a personal level, with our ultimate goal being your complete satisfaction. Here are some of the services we offer:
We coordinate the design of architectural plans. We attend meetings with you and your architect and provide Value Engineering recommendations during the design phase. We also review preliminary and final plans for you and make suggestions for cost savings, if any.
We assist you with the selection of your home site. Whether your prospective home site is in a subdivision or on acreage, we help you evaluate its pros and cons. We also give you our estimate of the cost to develop that home site, so you can make an informed decision before purchasing it.
We assist you in making selections of products and materials to be used in construction of your home. We prepare detailed specifications for the project, based on your input. We provide you with showrooms for suppliers' and vendors' products, and coordinate the interior design if requested.
We provide financial controls and reporting throughout the process. We prepare an itemized budget for the project prior to starting construction. Then during construction, we provide regular jobcost accounting so you will know where the project is, budget-wise. We also prepare monthly requests for payment, including copies of all invoices and checks to each vendor for payment.
We provide professional construction project management. We supervise the work on a daily basis which includes quality assurance and code compliance. We schedule and coordinate tradesmen and suppliers, schedule inspections, and have regular meetings on site with our customers.
